For lower production volume applications in an automotive OEM ckd (completely knocked down) line, we have a proven cartridge refill station system for a more cost-effective solution that can easily be upgraded should production volumes rise.

This solution involves heated/non-heated cartridge guns with silencers for low-noise operation, separate air pressure regulators with locks, a quick-release air valve to reduce glue dripping and adaptability for both refillable or one-time-use cartridges.

Temperature regulator for heated carthridge guns with digital temperature indication and a control accuracy down to 1%, carthridge preheating ovens which are compact in design and low energy consuming

All designed to fit neatly onto a purpose built stainless steel refill station with a robust and ergonomic design.

According to our customers' needs, the above can be paired with a pump system, including a heating pump cabinet which has been designed to be user friendly and cost efficient. Communication between the pump and heat controller is via a coloured industrial HMI touchscreen with the latest in intuitive user experience. Fault messages display in full text rather than code, and the system includes password protection for different user access levels.

So far, 40+ cartridge guns have been installed both in Thailand and Malaysia for Daimler Mercedes and another 70+ cartridge guns have been installed in Vietnam for Skoda and Vinfast. A smaller number of units have also been installed in Vinfast's CKD plants in India and Indonesia.
