Turnkey Projects

For automotive OEM customers, we have fabricated, installed and helped commission various Paintshop systems (Electro Deposition as well as the Spray Painting processes) in corporation with Trinity Industrial Corp of Japan (a Toyota Motor group subsidiary) for Toyota, Hino and Perodua Mfg (Daihatsu) in Malaysia. 

 

We have also built and delivered complete paint coating & surface finishing systems, wastewater, ED systems, spray booths, ovens, power & free conveyor systems, paint kitchens and paint circulation systems for various industries in collaboration with other partners for companies such as AIROD, Aluminium Company of Malaysia Bhd, Automotive Manufacturers (M) S.B., BHP Steel (M) S.B., CSR Bradford S.B., Delloyd Auto Parts (M) S.B., Goodyear Malaysia Bhd, Malaysia Airlines Bhd, Ministry of Education Malaysia, SME Aviation S.B., VDO Instruments S.B., Samsung Electronics (M) S.B., SESCO-EFACEC S.B., and Thai Samsung Electronics Co Ltd, just to name a few.
