This is a freely movable automatic coating machine on casters. It sprays directly into your existing spray booth and comes complete with a low temperature oven to completely finish the coating of small parts in one simple operation.
Applications :
Smaller parts with a simple geometry such as button, knobs, cosmetic containers, small toys, handphone covers, compact disc player covers and etc.

This automatic coating machine comes with 2 rotary arms and a built in water wash spray booth. Each of the 2 rotating arms carry 2 automatic spray guns which can be used individually or in combination to automatically spray a wide range of parts on a continuous basis. The 2 rotary arms allow for slightly more complicated parts to be sprayed and at a higher rate than the single rotary arm machine.
Applications :
Suitable for bigger parts with more complicated geometry such as car stereo covers, hi-fi front caps, video & vcd player front caps.

It incorporates a chain-on-edge conveyor with work carriers and a rotary arm with up to 4 automatic spray guns to automatically spray a wide range of parts on a continuous basis. It is suitable for generally flat parts with simple surface profiles mounted on the work carriers, individually for big parts or multiple quantities for small ones.
Applications :
Generally flat parts with simple geometry such as mobile phone outer casings, camera bodies or bigger parts like mini hi-fi front covers.
