The ARENA - Fluid Clean Systems are environmentally friendly systems to remove wet paint, powder coatings, plastic, rubber and etc. from metal parts used in paint / coatings lines, and production processes.
Unlike other systems, no expensive or hazardous chemicals are used, therefore clients are not faced with the complicated problems associated with its usage (i.e. sludge, storage, handling and waste removal).
The medium used is silica sand (Si 02) with heat, and air. The Fluidised Bed System is a thermal cleaning process, based on the decomposition (pryolisis) of the contaminants in the sand bed with comprehensive Flue gas treatment to ensure that the strict environmental emissions are met. Production downtime is reduced to a minimum and excellent results are achieved with very short cleaning cycle times.
